Day-1: Mumbai

Welcome to the commercial and celluloid capital of India. Meeting
and assistance on arrival and transfer to hotel. Overnight stay
at hotel.
Day-2: Mumbai - Aurangabad
Transfer to airport for connect flight for Aurangabad - a historical
city located in the west central part of Maharashtra state, on
the banks of Kham River. Meeting and assistance on arrival and
transfer to hotel. Afternoon visit to Ellora Caves. Overnight
at hotel.
Day-3: Aurangabad - Bhopal
Daylong trip to Ajanta Caves. Later transfer to Jalgaon Railway
Station to connect train for Bhopal. Overnight in train.
Day-4: Bhopal - Agra
On arrival visit Sanchi. Later transfer to railway station to
connect train for Agra - the historic city of the Taj Mahal. On
arrival transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day-5: Agra - Varanasi
Morning sightseeing of the Agra city. Later transfer to airport
for connecting flight to Varanasi - one of the oldest cities in
the world. Also known as Benaras, Varanasi has remained the center
of the Hindu faith. Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer
to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day-6: Varanasi - Bodhgaya

Rise early for a boat trip on the sacred River Ganga as the sun's
first rays light up the mile-long stretch of 'Ghats' (steps) that
lead into the waters of the river. Later leave for Bodhgaya -
one of the holiest Buddhist pilgrimage centers in the state of
Bihar, en-route visiting Sarnath - the spot where Budhha first
preached over 2,000 years ago. The archaeological museum displays
the Ashoka Pillar (264-226 B.C.), the emblem of independent India.
Overnight stay at hotel.
Day-7: Bodhgaya
Sighteeing tour of Bodhgaya. Visit Mahabodhi Temple and Niranjana
River. Overnight at hotel.
Day-8: Bodhgaya - Patna
Leave for Patna, en-route visit Rajgir and Nalanda. Patna is 2500
year old capital city of Bihar. Rajgir was capital of 6th century
Magadha Empire and was revered site of Buddha's discourses. Buddha
spent many years here. Nalanda is the world's oldest university
founded in the 5th century. Overnight at hotel.
Day-9: Patna - Gorakhpur
Leave Patna for Kushinagar by surface, en-route visit Vaishali
- located 60 kms from Patna and holds special significance for
Buddhist devotees. Kushinagar is the place where Buddha passed
into Maha-Parinirvana. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day-10: Gorakhpur - Balrampur
Leave for Balrampur, en-route visiting Lumbini - the birthplace
of Buddha and is located just a few kilometres inside Nepal. Overnight
stay at hotel.
Day-11: Balrampur - Lucknow
Leave for Lucknow, capital of Uttar Pradesh state. En-route visit
Sravasti. Transfer to airport to connect flight for Delhi. Overnight
stay at hotel.
Day-12: Delhi
Daylong sightseeing tour of Old Delhi (Shahajahanabad) and New
Delhi (Lutyen's Delhi). The tour covers the rich monumental and
cultural heritage that the capital of India is proud of. Overnight
at hotel.
Day-13: Delhi
Transfer to airport to connect flight for onward journey.
